We’ve been offering stock plans since the 90’s, when we first partnered with Southern Living to make our architectural expertise available to a wider audience. For over two decades, this has been our way of humbly offering a privileged service to the masses—ensuring that great design isn’t just reserved for custom projects, but is available to anyone with the dream of building a home.

1. Affordability Without Compromise
Building a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, and custom architectural plans can quickly add up. Stock plans offer a budget-friendly alternative, allowing you to put more of your investment into construction, finishes, and the personal touches that make a house feel like home.
To assist in the building process of a stock plan, we offer the following products:
- Study Set ($50)– A reduced-size (11” x 17”) PDF of detailed floor plans and elevations for design review and budgeting. Not a License to Build.
- 3D Model ($350) – A SketchUp model of the exterior for visualization and material studies. Not a License to Build.
- Bidding & Pricing Set ($750) – A PDF of construction documents marked “not for construction” for cost estimation. Purchase price can be credited toward a License to Build.
- One-Time License to Build ($1750) – Includes a PDF of full construction documents (24×36) and permission to build once.
These products give you the flexibility to plan, budget, and build at a pace that works for you.

Each of our stock plans has been carefully developed, refined, and are reviewed every two years—meaning they’re ready to go as soon as you are. This eliminates months of back-and-forth design work, helping you break ground sooner and move into your dream home faster.
