Watercolor Florida

Our firm created a model home package for the resort lifestyle community of Watercolor. Located on Hwy 30-A in Walton County, Florida, Allison Ramsey Architects was hired by the St. Joe company to provide a series of model homes for the community based on some of our existing stock plans to meet the need. A series of 2 and 3 bedroom one and a half story tennis cottages were developed with alternate elevations ranging in square footage from 1500 to 2000 square feet. A series of two story residential houses were developed ranging from 1800 square feet to 2400 square feet and an additional series of 1 and 2 bedroom cottages ranging from 800 to 1200 square feet were developed and built all with alternate elevations.
