Sisters of the Sea at East Beach

These five delightfully charming cottages were conceptualized as a way to split up a larger parcel that was originally planned for townhouses, located in East Beach in the city of Norfolk, Virginia.

The idea of the “Sisters” concept would be attractive in many small towns as they offer the efficiencies of production building with all of the great finishes and detailing of custom homes. Based on a custom-designed floor plan, they can be modified slightly for each buyer.
