Saluda River Cottage Court
Winner of the 2013 NAHB 50+ Housing Program. A 12 unit cottage courtyard that our firm designed and created home plans for in the Saluda River Club in Lexington, South Carolina. The master plan included a shared greenspace to build community between neighbors, with porches facing across the green and a shared firepit. A combination of 1,2 and 3 bedroom houses ranging from 900 square feet to 1800 square feet.
