River House Guest

Located on the Bohicket River in Charleston South Carolina, this outbuilding was originally designed as a first phase of an eventual compound. Upon completion, the structure was featured in Garden and Gun magazine and the client decided that it was too good to change. The main house was never constructed and the outbuilding stands today overlooking the river with one bedroom, one and a half baths and an outdoor shower. The 1035 square foot structure is a lowcountry gem.
