Old Shell Point

Old Shell Point is a 17 acre master planned community located in Port Royal, South Carolina. Allison Ramsey Architects was hired to master plan the community and design the houses and amenity structures. A charrette process produced the original master plan that was later approved by the town of Port Royal for implementation. In addition to the master plan, we provided numerous house plans, cottage court designs, townhome design and amenity designs.
