East Beach

Started in 2001, the community of East Beach is a DPZ master plan community that was developed by Leyland Development and the Norfolk Redevelopment Housing Authority. The 90 acres site was a redevelopment site just minutes from downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Allison Ramsey architects has been doing work in East Beach since its inception. Our works include: Assisted with 1st phase implementation, providing builder team orientations, multiple Model Home Packages. We have had over 150 of our house designs built over the years, and continue to do a lot of work in East Beach. We also designed community pavilion mansion flats with DPZ, 4 houses in the 2004 Homearama, and 6 houses in the 2012 Homearama. Our firm supplied numerous outbuilding plans and house plans.
