Dataw Island Home

This island home renovation was carefully designed and constructed to host family and friends and maximize space and light. This one-level, 3450-square-foot home was renovated over 10 months. It was a complete renovation down to the studs of the original structure. The layout of the entire house was reformed during the construction process. Soaring ceilings were exposed and rebuilt, walls removed, windows replaced, and the structure redesigned based on the stunning water views to the rear. Construction was completed by Patterson Builders.
