Charrette Services

Long before the first spade of dirt is turned or the first nail is hammered, we encourage the involvement of local citizens to participate in planning projects. Their input is extremely valuable during the early stages, as their knowledge of a town’s or city’s history and cultural fabric can effectively guide the planning process. This collaborative charrette process is of equal importance to developer and/or land owner, planners, architects, designers, engineers, building officials, and the public. These intense design sessions can last from anywhere between three days and two weeks. We strongly encourage our clients to organize charrettes so that the collaborative efforts of all parties involved will result in a master plan for the development that ultimately meets or exceeds everyone’s expectations.
