Cape Fear Station
In 2013, Allison Ramsey Architects partnered with Bald Head Island, Ltd., Southern Living Magazine and Whitney Blair to design and construct the island’s first “inspiration” home. As the
first of a 24-unit inspired community on the island, the Craven house plan was the beginning of a neighborhood to inspire homeowners to live at the beach again. Since then, we have been a part of adding home designs to Cape Fear Station, including the Altamaha Southern Living Inspired home built in 2019. Some of the house plans include the following:
