Brookberry Farm

In 2011 Allison Ramsey was engaged to design a new phase for Brookberry Farm. Brookberry Farm is a successful high end residential neighborhood located in Winston Salem, NC. Allison Ramsey provided a master plan for 67 acres along Meadowlark drive that would serve as the new main entry and village center for the 1000 acre subdivision. The plan provided for a mix of building types and uses along with an array of civic spaces, live work units, mutli-family units and single family units. 229 units were planned and approved for the new phase of development. Allison Ramsey provided master planning services, house plans, architectural guidelines for the new phase, builder and sales team orientation and architectural review services and amenity designs.
