State Farm Insurance

This project is a mixed use building. It’s located in the city of Beaufort, South Carolina. It’s a 2,098 square foot office building on the first story with (2) 2 bedroom 1,000 square foot apartments above. The exterior design responds to the urban code and streetscape envisioned by the developer of the site. The Savannah grey brick combined with the black storefront designs provide for a simple yet elegant building. The building sits directly adjacent to a large sidewalk with on-street parking as would have a traditional shop front building in any good small town.
